Gray has earned his Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) which is the most prestigious designation that a member of the National Association of Realtors can earn.
Gray also is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), has been certified by the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and has earned the e-PRO and Resort and Recreation Specialists (RRS) designations. Professional Service
Gray is committed to enhancing the local industry. In 2005, Gray was recognized for his exemplary service and was given the “Rising Star” award. In 2011 he earned the “Committee Chair of the Year” award.
He is a long standing leader of the Outer Banks Multiple Listing Service (MLS) committee. Serving continuously since 2004, he has led the committee in several positions over the years.
He has also served on the local association’s Board of Directors and recently chaired the Legislative Council. In 2013, he was the chairman of the RPAC committee which fundraises to protect the rights of private property owners.
Construction Foundation
As an owner of several rental homes, he understands the details of owning and maintaining Outer Banks real estate. He has had homes built and has directly supervised remodeling projects.
Gray’s father, Gordon Berryman, is a builder in Williamsburg, Virginia. His mother, Linda Berryman has been a top real estate agent In Wiliamsburg since 1987.
