Gray joined Carolina Designs Realty in 2003 and continues to earn one of the most consistent and respected track records in the real estate sales market.  As a developer and owner of multiple vacation properties, Gray understands the unique challenges Outer Banks investors face and provides innovative and effective solutions. Gray’s diverse knowledge in both sales and managing investment properties provides his clients with the highest level of expertise and representation.  His extensive construction background and relationships with contractors add benefits for all of his clients.

Originally from Williamsburg, VA, Gray graduated with top honors from Virginia Tech. Previously, he enjoyed a successful career as a youth counselor and wilderness trip leader in Colorado, California, Hawaii and Mexico. Gray and his wife Ali reside in Southern Shores with their sons Billy and Adlai and twin daughters, Stella and Louisa. He is the Scoutmaster of Troop 117 in Kitty Hawk and serves on the Dare County Tourism Board and on the Board of Directors for the Outer Banks Association of Realtors. Running and surfing are a few of his many outdoor passions.
